Simply Grilled Pork Chops

So simple and so delicious!

Ingredients:

  1. 4 boneless or bone in pork chops (about 1 -1/4 pounds), 1/2- inch thick
  2. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce - store bought or homemade
Directions:

Place chops on greased rack over medium hot coals. Grill for 5 minutes, baste with your favorite barbecue sauce. Turn frequently and continue basting for another 5 to 6 minutes until chops are cooked through.

Serve chops with additional barbecue sauce and other sides to make it a complete meal.
